    Home Murals

    Murals for the home come in many varieties including painting inside a small "niche", giving atmosphere to an in house bar, entertainment room, home theater or creating a beautiful, stimulating and fun environment for your child or newborn. From start to finish we will work within your budget to realize your vision from any particular space, making an impressive mural you can be proud of for years to come.

    Are murals very expensive?
    We strive to keep the cost at or under $10 a square foot and in many cases even lower if the project is large enough. Keep in mind that even though your wall may by 10ft. long and 8ft high we only charge for the painted area. We will always make the largest impact possible within your budget constraints.

    How does the design phase work?
    As part of the free estimate the design phase involves meeting with you personally, going over the space and going over your initial ideas for the mural. A few quick sketches will be done there at the spot, once the design idea is agreed upon a more complete sketch will be worked on for review. Depending on the application the design phase could last 1 day or 1-2 weeks.

    Can you paint a mural on my ceiling?
    Absolutely! If the ceiling is particularly tall there may be additional charges for scaffolding etc. but standard 10ft ceilings are typically no problem provided they are not textured with a "popcorn" effect

    Can you paint a mural on a rough surface?
    Yes we can! Rough surfaces may slow down production time but usually don't pose an issue for the mural quality itself. If it is particularly rough we made modify design and some additional charges could apply if it will significantly prolong the process.

    Can you match certain colors?
    Yes we can match any colors you would like to include in the mural.

    I want a very tall mural is that an additional cost?
    It can be. Height itself will not effect the price, however if renting equipment such as scaffolding, scissor lifts etc. are required to reach the space the rental cost will be added to the bill.

    Will my mural last?
    Interior mural typically last the life of the home within reason. The paint we use is professional grade paint for either interior or exterior. Exterior murals would be subject to sun damage but interior murals will maintain its color for decades.

    What if something damages my mural?
    If your mural is vandalized or accidentally damaged we are happy to repair it at no cost for the 1st year. After that an hourly rate of $35 for labor is applied. There are service plans available for long term "insurance" to cover any future problems. Some plans included sun fading for exterior murals.

    How long will it take to complete my mural?
    It really depends on the surface to be painted on and the size of the mural itself. Typically 1-2 weeks can be expected for medium and large scale murals.

    Can I put specific people or objects in my mural?
    Absolutely! We can duplicate pretty much anything you would like to immortalized on your mural including people. Portraits are subject to a higher rate as they take considerably more time and preparation to insure an accurate likeness.

    Will there be a big mess during or after the mural?
    No. We take care to clean up after ourselves and keep our work tidy at the end of each day.

    Is there a size limit (big or small) for a mural?
    No job is too big or small, although there is a minimum charge of $75 for a mural. You may be surprised at how "big" your mural can seem without breaking the bank. Remember you are only paying for sq. ft. that is painted; we can utilize huge spaces without covering every square foot of wall space.

    Business Murals

    Murals for your business can take many forms and serve different purposes. An exterior mural is an efficient advertising vehicle or as an alternative to traditional signage. An interior mural creates atmosphere aimed at retaining customers by improving the space's aesthetic appeal.

    Are murals very expensive?
    Murals are typically $10 per square foot but in cases of very large murals (such as exterior murals) the price can significantly drop. It should be noted that with exterior murals in high traffic areas the cost is far less than traditional billboard advertising.

    Can you paint a mural on my ceiling?
    Yes, we can paint anything we can reach. Popcorn ceilings are the only real problem. If the ceiling is particularly high there may additional cost such as scaffolding.

    Can you paint a mural on a rough surface?
